You can only purchase Mismo Designs products from our website as we don’t have a physical store at the moment.
Yes, we do have a size guide and it can be accessed here. It should be noted, however, that measurements therein serve as a guide only. Actual size may vary according to the t-shirt brand used, style, fabric and fit of the actual garment.
There is no minimum amount to order. However, if you want to avail of our fee standard shipping, the total cost of your order must be at least $150.
Yes, you may order in bulk quantity. Please contact us first before placing your bulk orders to better understand and manage your expectations.
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
All prices are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Prices don’t include the delivery cost. This is added upon checkout and for the amount of the delivery method of your liking.
Delivery within Australia is shipped via Australia Post with the following rates and estimated timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: $10.60, 3-14 business days
- Express Shipping: $14.10, 1-7 business days
You have the shipping option of either “Authority to Leave” or “Signature on Delivery” wherein the later would incur an additional fee of $2.95.
“Signature on Delivery” is recommended for added security, but not required. If “Authority to Leave” is selected, your parcel may be left unattended to your specified address and you accept all liability/responsibility once the shipment has been marked “Delivered” according to Australia Post.

Our Australia shipping is made via Australia post. You have the options at checkout whether to do it by “Standard Shipping or by “Express Shipping”. Further, you can choose to have your orders received, for an additional cost, by “Signature on Delivery” or by the standard “Authority to Leave” option.

Account creating in our website is optional. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account with us, however, will help you to better process and manage your orders.

Currently, our products can only be shipped within Australia. We are open, however, to the possibility of expanding our market reach in the future.
We aim to process your order within 1-5 business days upon confirmation depending on the quantity of your order and/or the quantity of other orders we have (excludes bulk orders, out of stock orders, and backorders).
After processing, your order is shipped via Australia Post with the following indicative timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-7 business days
The shipping period is on top of the processing time.
Yes, you can. Tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping your order. If you have not received it within 5 days after placing your order (and the item was not from a bulk order, order made from an out of stock item, or a backorder), please contact us at info@mismodesigns.com.au. Please check also your junk mail.
If you believe the item is faulty, contact us immediately with a full description of the fault (including images).
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the items were faulty when delivered to you. While we endeavor to send only damaged-free products to you, they may possibly be damaged along the transit.

We do not offer change of mind returns. However, for reasons other than that which you feel you are eligible for returns or exchanges, please contact us first to discuss.
We will be happy to accept a return for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. The products must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a return. Furthermore, you will need to provide receipt or proof of purchase. No refunds will be made for products that have been used or are returned damaged.
