Returns and Exchanges Policy

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason, and will notify you of this as soon as possible. Where payment has already been debited, the full amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Please contact us immediately (within 4 hours of submitting the order) should you wish to cancel your order. We can not guarantee, however, that orders can be cancelled.

Returns

We will be happy to accept a return for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. The products must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a return. Furthermore, you will need to provide receipt or proof of purchase. No refunds will be made for products that have been used or are returned damaged.

Note that we do not offer change of mind returns.

We are not able to provide an exchange or refund on any of our products that have been personalized. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.

All shipping costs for any returns are your responsibility and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. Your initial shipping fee can not be refunded.

Exchanges

In addition to the stipulations stated in Returns above, product exchange is only possible when products are received in perfect condition. Personalized products can not be exchanged.

All extra shipping costs incurred in returning or exchanging an item are payable by you and the shipping of the replacement item is subject to us receiving the payments for delivery. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately. If you are returning a product for a refund, your initial shipping fee can not be refunded.

Returns And Exchanges Process

To process the returns or exchanges, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us notifying your intent to return or exchange the item and the reason for such.
  2. If the reason or validity of the return/exchange is acceptable, we will inform you of how and where to send the package to.
  3. Send the item back to us within 3 business days of return/exchange acceptance. For all exchanges, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items that are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
  4. Once we have inspected the conditions of the item and determined its acceptable for return/exchange, we will process refunding the paid amount for the case of return less 20% for the administrative fee. Note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable. In case of exchange, we will process the shipping subject to receiving payment for the extra shipping cost.

Faulty Items

If you believe the item is faulty, contact us immediately with a full description of the fault (including images).

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the items were faulty when delivered to you. While we endeavor to send only damaged-free products to you, they may possibly be damaged along the transit.

Items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receiving them and any items deemed to have just been subjected to their normal wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement, repair or refund depending on the case and for considered damaged goods following the aforementioned conditions.

Exceptions

Mismo Designs do not accept change of mind returns.

We also do not accept returns, exchanges and refunds on sale items and gift cards.

Personalized items are not eligible for returns, exchanges and returns.
