Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from New South Wales, Australia during business hours Monday – Friday.

No orders are processed for shipments on weekends or on public holidays.

Delivery Costs And Timeframe

Delivery costs will be added to the cart upon checkout. The prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of delivery to the address chosen by you.

Domestic orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address via Australia Post with the following rates and timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: $10.60, 3-14 business days*
  • Express Shipping: $14.10, 1-7 business days*

You have the shipping option of either “Authority to Leave” or “Signature on Delivery” wherein the later would incur an additional fee of $2.95.

“Signature on Delivery” is recommended for added security, but not required. If “Authority to Leave” is selected, your parcel may be left unattended to your specified address and you accept all liability/responsibility once the shipment has been marked “Delivered” according to Australia Post.

From time to time, we may introduce promotions of free delivery subject to meeting certain order conditions.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time apart from the shipping timeframe specified above.

We aim to process your orders within 1-5 business days upon confirmation depending on the quantity of your order and/or the quantity of orders made by other customers.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is successfully placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

In a rare event that you have not received an order confirmation within 1 hour and a tracking number within 5 days after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Bulk Orders, Out Of Stock, Backorders

Note that the processing time as stated above may not be applicable for orders made on out of stock items, on backorders or on orders made with large quantities. This is because we have to source for the materials to use for these orders and that would take time depending on the serviceability of our supplier/s.

For these kinds of orders, please contact us to discuss arrangements and we would be happy to either proceed processing your orders in accordance with our arrangements or refund the full amount you have already made payments for.

Delivery Details

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the timeframes we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

If you have accidentally provided incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately and before your order is shipped out. Changes cannot be made to the intended destination once your order has been shipped.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Tracking

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

Returned Shipment

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, incorrect/incomplete address, recipient not found in the given address or for any other reasons beyond Mismo Designs controls, you will be responsible for a re-delivery expense and admin/handling fee (20% of total order value – the same cost for refunds caused by returned delivery).

Delivery Issues

In a rarity that you experience delays, non-delivery, or you feel that there is an incorrect representation of the delivery status in the tracking information, please contact us or Australia Post at 137678 for assistance.

Mismo Designs can not be held responsible for delays outside our control and for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms already in transit, being delivered or have been marked as delivered.
